Shadyvale overlooks 40 acres of farmland which leads down to the river. There are views of the Tararua Ranges and a large garden with an orchard to stroll through, a solar heated pool and BBQ facilities.

There are two Queen sized bedrooms -

1, Queen room with ensuite and own private entrance and sitting room with open fire

2. Queen room with own bathroom with claw foot bath,
sitting room and own private entrance.

Both rooms have french doors onto wide verandah, Sky TV, fridge, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. There are laundry facilities including iron and clothes rack.
